• Customer Service and Educational Experience to Recognize Trends and Identify Root Causes adversely affecting GTCC Delinquency Percentages
• Training the 82nd Airborne Division to be DOA FORSCOM Rate Compliant and Mission Ready
• Utilize Electronic Account Government Ledger System (EAGLES)
• Monitor 82nd Airborne Division wide account activity for potential fraud, waste and abuse
• Coordinate with Agency Program Coordinators and Command for Problem Resolution
• Evaluate Cardholder Status, Monitor Unit Delinquency Rates and Perform Trend Analysis
